Prishtina, 13 February 2017 – Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo, Enver Hoxhaj, met today with the Director of the Office for South East Europe at the U.S. Department of State, Metthew Palmer.
Minister Hoxhaj thanked Mr. Palmer for the continuous support of the United States to Kosovo, pointing out the excellent interstate relations between the two countries. During the meeting the parties discussed on coordinating the joint activities in foreign policy for this year, both in bilateral multilateral terms, including international organizations and other important processes for Kosovo.
"We talked about the coordination of joint activities in foreign policy for this year. Our cooperation will not only be bilateral, instead, we will extend to a multilateral cooperation, international organizations and many other important processes for Kosovo, where there will be greater involvement of the U.S. Department of State", said Mr. Hoxhaj.
On his part, Mr. Palmer said that the attitude of the United States to Kosovo and the Balkans is unchanged.
