Prishtina, 21 March 2018- The short film "Një muaj" (A month) written and directed by Zgjim Terziqi, and the producer Agon Syla, will be part of the Oscar Qualifier festival in Belgium, at the 21st edition of The Brussels Short Film Festival, writes KultPlus.
The film will compete in five categories: "Grand Prix", the jury award, the best actor, the best actress and the audience award. The festival will be held from 25 April to 6 May 2018. “Një Muaj” is a film based on a real story and talks about 40-year-old Ana who is blind, unmarried, and lives according to the agreement between her four sisters. Their pact implies taking care of her in turns for a month. The cast of this film are: Makfire Miftari, Luan Jaha, May-Linda Kosumovic, Shengyl Ismajli, Irena Cahani, Fatmir Spahiu, Rinesa Qeriqi, Era Balaj, Dardane Mehmeti, Zog Zeqiri Berisha, Blerina Krasniqi, Nata Zeqiri Berisha, Lis Spahiu. The film is the production of Broken Branch Production, financed by the Kosovo Cinematography Center and supported by the Swiss Cooperation Office Kosovo and the Municipality of Prishtina.
